We do not hold any inventory of prints and frames. Prints and frames are made specific to your order at the time the order is placed. Therefore we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of prints or framed art at this time.
We do our best to package your art so that it arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen, and we deal with this on a case by case basis. Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the art; so please make sure to open your package as soon as you receive it. Please keep all original packaging and the art as they may require photos and possibly the art returned to process your claim.
For all other products we do our best to describe exactly what you are getting, so there should be no surprises when it arrives. Please read the framing, printing and shipping pages so it is clear what you are ordering.
